| Our volunteer board, composed of
elected shareowner representatives, are singularly focused on their
Mission: To preserve and enhance the investment of our share holders and
to provide residents the optimum level of services and amenities at
a cost consistent with the marketplace. The Pembroke Newsletter regularly apprises our shareowners of
relevant developments.
Our uniformed door staff provides courteous service to residents and
guests helping load groceries into convenient carts for transfer to
the residence via the service elevator, accepting and signing for
parcels and packages, including incoming and outgoing dry cleaning. Our maintenance staff has broad experience in routine repairs and over
the years has saved us thousands of dollars as compared with contracted
services. As their schedule permits, they are available to handle simple
repairs at a nominal charge.
